Plus, mobility fundamentals like Hip Rotations, Hinge & Hang and Spinal Segmentation. Phase 2️⃣ Progression to strength essentials like Tricep Dips, Chin Ups and Box Step Ups. Plus, mobility exercises like 1/2 Splits, Modified Hangs, and Jefferson Curls. Phase 3️⃣ Unlock strength skills like Handstand Push Ups, Muscle Ups, and Lower Body Plyometrics. Plus, mobility skills like Front & Middle Splits, Backbridge and Skin the Cat. ♦️ Program Features: ➡️ 3-6 workouts per week, about 45 minutes each. ➡️ 3 adaptive workouts with diverse exercise variations for all levels. ➡️ 3 progressive phases for months or years of continuous progress. ♦️ Supportive Features: 🎥 Video tutorials for all exercises and variations 🙋 Access to our online community for inspiration, Q/A, and form checks ❇️ Get all future updates with new tutorials, programming and more (this program will evolve with you!) ✅ Phase 1 is suitable for beginners.
